P1 Orientation 2026
Relive the highlights of our P1 Orientation 2026, where new students enjoyed fun activities and parents attended sessions to prepare for the transition ahead.
On 21 November, we were delighted to welcome our 2026 Primary 1 cohort for their very first visit to the school. It was a lively and exciting morning as our new students began their orientation experience.
The programme started with a Big Book reading session designed to ease the children into the classroom environment while giving them a glimpse of literacy learning in primary school. Through the stories, they explored meaningful themes such as the importance of listening and learning from others. The morning continued with cheerful teamwork as students took part in hula hoop games that encouraged cooperation, respect, and empathy.
Our teachers also had the opportunity to get to know the children better through a simple check-in activity, where students shared their feelings and interests.
While the children engaged in classroom activities, their parents attended informative sessions conducted by our School Leaders and partners to support a smooth transition into Primary 1.
The orientation concluded with a food-tasting of the central kitchen meals prepared by our vendor, Gourmetz. It was a warm and engaging start to the journey ahead, and we look forward to welcoming our new Primary 1 students in 2026.
