GREENvaganza 2026
Explore how students took part in GREENvaganza 2026, a school-wide event where they learned about sustainability and took real steps to care for the environment.
Our students took part in GREENvaganza 2026, a vibrant school-wide initiative that brought sustainability to life through meaningful and engaging experiences. From the Sentosa Sustainability Travelling Exhibition to hands-on activities, students explored real-world environmental issues and discovered practical ways to care for our planet.
Learning came alive beyond the exhibition. On 21 April, student leaders took the lead at a school assembly, delivering an engaging talk-cum-quiz that sparked curiosity and deepened their peers’ understanding of sustainable practices. The launch of REHUB Recycling Bins – in collaboration with CORA Environment – added another exciting milestone. A short video, created by the LLP team, guided students on how to recycle paper effectively using the recycling bin at the school canteen.
Back in their classrooms, Form Teachers reinforced green habits by introducing the Beverage Container Return Scheme (BCRS). This is a national initiative, led by the National Environment Agency (NEA), helping students make sustainable choices part of their daily routines.
Through GREENvaganza, students not only gained knowledge but also took meaningful action. We are proud of their enthusiasm and initiative as they demonstrated 21st Century Competencies such as critical thinking, collaboration, communication and information literacy, growing into confident and responsible stewards of the environment.
