Majulah Singapura, Go Beyond!
Relive our school's National Day celebrations marking Singapore's 61st birthday, as students reflected on the Singapore Pledge and its values.
On 7 August, our school came together to celebrate Singapore’s 61st birthday with this year’s theme, “Majulah Singapura, Go Beyond!”
The celebrations began with a March-In, followed by the singing of our National Anthem and the recitation of the National Pledge. As we commemorated the 60th anniversary of the Singapore Pledge, students reflected on its meaning through engaging classroom discussions and explored how they could put the values of the Pledge into action through their everyday choices and actions.
The celebration continued in the school hall with the National Day message, moments of recollection, energising songs, mass exercise and an exciting quiz, bringing our school community together in the spirit of joy and togetherness.
Through these meaningful experiences, our students were reminded that each of us has a part to play in building a stronger and more united Singapore.
Happy 61st Birthday, Singapore! Together, let us go beyond, move forward and continue building One People, One Nation, One Singapore.
